1.1 Mobile Notary Services: NotaryTop.com provides a platform for connecting individuals in need of notary services (“Customers”) with qualified mobile notaries public (“Notaries”). We facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and completion of notary transactions at the location chosen by the Customer.

1.2 Independent Contractors: Notaries listed on our platform are independent contractors and not employees of NotaryTop.com. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of the services provided by the Notaries. Customers are responsible for verifying the credentials, qualifications, and suitability of the Notaries before engaging their services.

2. User Accounts and Obligations

2.1 Account Registration: To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 User Obligations: By using our services, you agree to:

(a) Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions.
(b) Provide accurate and truthful information when using our services.
(c) Treat Notaries with respect and professionalism during all interactions.
(d) Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.

(f) Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services or disrupt the experience of other users.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Service Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the fees associated with the mobile notary services provided by the Notaries. The fees may vary depending on the type and complexity of the notary service requested. NotaryTop.com does not charge any additional service fees to Customers for using our platform.

3.2 Payment Processing: We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate the collection and processing of payments. By using our services, you authorize us to share your payment information with these processors for the purpose of completing the payment transaction.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: NotaryTop.com and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the website, mobile application, and any content or materials provided through our services. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

4.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, NotaryTop.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
